You ask your question and within a few minutes you'll receive an answer back on your mobile phone. In order to ask questions, you need to buy credits, which can be bought via in-app purchase system.


Can everyone use SOUSCHEF?

SOUSCHEF is available to all mobile phone users, who has access to Google Play's and Apple's services. So you can use it on any Android or iPhone.


How much does SOUSCHEF cost?

SOUSCHEF is free to use. You can observe questions and answers other users have received and even ask a free question. If you would like to continue receiving cooking advice, you will have to pay for answers, as the pricing listed in the purchasing menu.


What questions can I ask?

You can ask SOUSCHEF anything, which is related to food. Have a look at our home page for a more comprehensive list of things that we can answer. Just snap a quick photo of your ingredients, fridge, or tell us what you'd like to eat and we will send you ideas, information, recipes and more to help you quench your appetite.

I've asked a question but haven't received an answer?

If for any reason SOUSCHEF has received your question but you haven't received a reply within an hour it's possible that your text message has been delayed or lost in our network. Try sending it again, or email us at appsupport@crowdmobile.com and give details of the question asked, including your mobile phone number, time and date and network operator.
